Entries close Monday 23rd November 5pm.

Late entries may be accepted if space permits.  Limited to 50 entrants.

Friday 27 November 5:30pm-7:30pm Documentation and Scrutineering Placemakers Yard Queenstown

If scrutineering is required at the event, you need to book with the Secretary in advance due to the time and space available is limited.

Remote scrutineering can be arranged but must be in conjunction with the Clerk of the Course.

Saturday 28 November 8:00am-9:00am Documentation and Scrutineering

Saturday 28 November 9.30am Drivers Briefing at the start line area and drivers are required to be in race overalls ready to start.

Pit Area will be below the start area down to the Road Closure at the Skippers Road turnoff. The road must be kept passable at all times. Trailers will not be allowed in this area but can be parked at the top of the road in car parks #5 #6.

Prize giving will be held at Swiss Bel Coronet Peak Hotel following the end of racing, All Welcome.
